Dr. Trevor Eason is a clinician with a multidisciplinary background in family medicine, neurology, interventional medicine, and functional medicine. His approach combines evidence-based conventional care with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic strategies to provide individualized, comprehensive care.

Educational Background
Dr. Eason is both a chiropractic physician and board-certified nurse practitioner in the state of Tennessee, bringing a unique dual perspective to patient care. He holds Diplomate status in chiropractic neurology (DACNB) and has completed extensive postgraduate education in clinical neuroscience, functional medicine, functional endocrinology, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and advanced diagnostic and therapeutic applications. He has also completed the Institute for Functional Medicine Core Curriculum and achieved board-eligible status for IFM certification.

Professional Background
Dr. Eason’s experience spans family medicine, neurology, interventional medicine, acute and outpatient care, and multidisciplinary patient management. He has also served as adjunct faculty, an invited faculty presenter, and a guest lecturer in postgraduate clinical education.

Beyond the Practice
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Eason is devoted to his wife, Kelsey, and their two children, Blakelyn and Brooks. His faith, family, and commitment to health are central to his life and continue to shape his patient-centered approach to care.
